Women’s bodies go through a lot of changes while pregnant and into postpartum. Hormones fluctuate causing many women to experience the baby blues. As hormones begin to level out, some women find it hard to adapt. In this class we will explore what to expect, what “The Baby Blues” are, what postpartum depression and anxiety look like and how to best help yourself or someone you love who is going through it.
