A condensed postpartum and newborn care class for parents on the go! In this four hour class you will learn what happens after birth, postpartum recovery, self-care for mom and breastfeeding. Learn about newborn appearance, procedures and care, safe sleep, period of PUPRLE crying, comfort techniques for the baby, bathing and more all in a quick, fun and convenient weekend afternoon!

Sundays: October 30, November 13 and December 11 from 12-4pm

COST: $100 for two people ($150 total when paired with Childbirth Express Class)
