Are you preparing for your birth? Are you hoping to attend in-person childbirth education classes? We have you covered! Our classes include 6 hours of in-person instruction and 5 hours of online instruction. We limit our classes to only 5 couples. During our classes, you will practice positions for labor, discuss comfort techniques, be able to ask questions and learn from others, and know your options in childbirth.
